Have a dedicated fryer for gluten free fries. They also have a gf menu with many choices. The managers daughter is celiac so they have an excellent understanding of food allergies. Everything is always excellent. We eat here about 2 times a month without issues.

They had a separate GF menu with lots of appetizers and entrees. I got grouper with mashed sweet potatoes and risotto, and it was great! I regret not getting the scallop appetizer, that sounded so good!! Food was good and I didn’t get sick.

We had great meals here- twice. There were 4 of us that are celiac. Make sure they notate gluten free due to allergy when putting in the order.

Flamestone was a pleasure to have a wonderful dinner without becoming ill. The wait staff and Chef were very knowledgeable about food allergies and Celiac Disease. The waitress and Chef went out of their way to verify my food choice was safe. The menu is clearly marked with many gluten free options. Everything we had tonight was so delicious! I am looking forward to our next visit.
