Most items are gluten free! Even some ingredients didn’t have GF next to their name, but the owner let me know most were still GF. They have a full GF menu online too. It was so good!

We use gluten-free soy sauce to prepare our sauces, all of sauces are handmade to ensure all ingredients are gluten-free. All toppings are kept in separated containers, and each topping has independent food tongs to avoid cross-contamination.
