Flamingo A-Go-Go

Almost nothing on the menu is gluten free except for the tuna bowl and the tuna salad, talked to the waiter and he really understood CC and explained why almost nothing was safe (even the omelets are cooked on a shared surface). He spoke to the kitchen and they did up a tortilla-less veggie taco for me since I don’t eat tuna. It was okay but disappointed there wasn’t more on the menu to choose from

I asked if they had gluten free options, and the chef called me on his personal photo to give a rundown of the menu. He made the personal choice to eat gluten free, and is very familiar with celiac disease as well. Lots of modifications that can be made (fried to grilled, queso to shredded cheese…). I feel safe going here.
