Not a specific menu but the waitress was knowledgeable and willing to work with me. I asked if there was flour or gluten in the bernaise sauce and she said “No, it’s not made with gluten. Would you like me to also have no croutons on the salad, and no bread?” very confident in my choices!

Tried Flamingo for dinner. Although they do not have a GF menu they are locally owned, familiar with GF, and more than willing and able to provide GF options. The waitress was amazing and knowledgeable about GF options and whether an entree could be made GF. I had the special, altered to GF! Snapper and scallop with salad, veggie and potato! Absolutely amazing! My husband had steak and shrimp skewer! Of course I tasted and it was delicious. Even the red potatoes were delicious!!!!
