I have eaten at Flapjack’s before without a problem and had the gluten-free cakes. The waitress told me that all the pancakes are cooked on the same grill and that they wouldn’t clean because it was too busy. She said if you get there early, they would have done it. (We got seated at 12:00 PM.) I ordered the eggs and bacon breakfast with hash browns and avoided it all together.

The waitress was so kind but honest and glad she was. Pancakes are made on the same griddle as gluten so are the waffles. The only SAFE thing is bacon that’s baked in the oven. I don’t suggest this place for celiacs.

Had a very good experience here! I told the server that I had celiacs and that I was very sensitive to gluten and she got the manager to clean the grill and make my pancakes separately from the rest. Overall felt very safe eating there and they had a lot of knowledge on gluten allergies. The chocolate chip gluten free pancakes were very good and the sausage was good too! Would definitely recommend!

All pancakes and waffles can be made “gluten sensitive,” per their menu. I ordered the pecan pancakes and got scrambled eggs and bacon, and had no issues after my meal. The pancakes were amazing and the warm maple syrup made them go the extra mile.

Was impressed. My server was knowledgeable of gluten. Ordered gf mixed berries pancakes and grits. No other gf bread options available available. Only pancakes or waffles which was fine. Not sure of cross contamination but I'm asymptomatic. Would recommend this place. 👍

Our server knew nothing about gluten or that they offered any thing gluten free. She asked everyone that worked there what was gluten free, finally one person in the kitchen knew they had gluten free pancakes. I was told that my pancakes would be cooked in a separate area. After telling her I could not have bread on my plate she still brought me toast. She took my plate to have the food remade. About 10 minutes after leaving the restaurant I started to swell and get very sick.

Cute place! The waitstaff was very friendly. We got in quickly and had our food our quickly. The gf pancakes were just alright. The skillet that I got came our room temperature. My husband’a food also came out room temp. So, good for a quick breakfast, but don’t expect the food to knock your socks off!

The food wasn’t anything special or amazing but they have gluten free pancakes. My waitress reply to gluten free was
“I don’t know anything about gluten or what’s in gluten”

They were great! Heidi was our server and she was very nice and sweet. She watched them clean the grill 3 times before making my pancakes. My 2 year old wanted his sister's bear pancakes so she went and made him a face on his pancake. I didn't end up trying the pancakes because I was too nervous as we were about to head out for activites but I appreciated the effort.

They have gluten-free batter for pancakes and waffles but use the same griddle at the same time to cook gluten-free and non gluten-free foods. Not Celiac safe.

We are new to eating out/ordering for Celiac daughter. Did ask about cooking space & made sure all ingredients were GF- except forgot to ask about the bacon. Gluten friendly, but no separate space. Indicated grill wiped down but not a dedicated space. The GF pancakes were yummy (better than regular imho). Server was very nice & helpful. Daughter felt off for the rest of the day though- can’t be sure if it was from here or dinner night before, her reaction isn’t immediate.

They were very knowledgeable about gluten free options and we all had a successful breakfast with no casualties. Bonus, the kids loved all the pancake flavor options.
Their omelet was insane good. Highly recommend.
It’s not about the ambiance, it’s all about the food.

Let me tell you, this place is absolutely amazing. The best food that I’ve eaten in a long while. The waitress knew what celiac was, no need to explain. She warned me that they use the same grill, but ensured me that they would wipe it down before cooking my food on there. So delicious. Get the gluten free cinnamon swirl pancakes!!
