The pancakes came out with a little orange flag indicating that they were gluten free, so I thought I was in the clear. I even asked the server when I ordered if the kitchen took safety precautions, and she told me with confidence that they knew how to avoid cross-contamination in order to accommodate individuals with Celiac disease. Wrong. The pancakes were delicious but 30-60 mins later my gut told me I had made a mistake in trusting them. One of the worst reactions I have had in a long time.
