Review of Flappy Jack's Pancake House

Yummy options for gluten free pancakes and waffles. I had a cherry waffles with a side of eggs and bacon. Not a dedicated kitchen space but I didn’t get sick. My husbands omelette had fresh jalapeños in it. Generous portions. Restaurant was clean and the staff was great. Cute Route 66 theme.
