I asked about GF pizzas and everyone knew the right answers. I ordered a pizza and you watch them make everything. Wooden paddles are used for most pizzas and they use rice flour to dust the boards. For a GF pizza, they place aluminum foil on the board. All pizzas go in the same open oven. I could not tell for certain if they used a dedicated cutter or not (I was not looking when it was being cut) I did not get sick and I also took home a second pizza and that was safe too. This Celiac approves!

they have very nice tasting pizza and is gf! i have tested with Nima twice :) I found it so strange myself as they do not have separate space and they actually use the same cutlery to add ingredients onto pizzas.... apparently even their regular pizza is very low in gluten so cross contamination is not a big problem. not sure. but it is gluten free!

Very good! Staff was very knowledgeable, very friendly. They put the gf crust on aluminum foil for creating and cooking the pizza. It was tasty. They had a lot of great toppings and options for their pizza. It was a fun experience and good food!

If you're gluten free, here's where you want to go. They make the GF dough fresh! It's not some frozen slab of cardboard. I've been twice and both times I've gotten the GF Steak and Gorgonzola pizza, it is delicious.
I've gotten great service both times. They even asked if the gluten is an allergy and make sure to note it. I love the open concept and outside seating options. I believe it is BOGO gourmet pizzas on Tuesdays, as well.

I loved this place. All of the staff were dedicated to making sure my dish was safe for me to eat. The gf crust was sooo good, by far the best I have had. I forgot I was eating gluten free crust.
Awesome pizza. My baby and ate every last bit. The sauce was great and the dough was very tasty!

Best Gluten Free pizza that I've had. I have tried different Gluten Free pizza all over the country and this is by far the best! I'm on vacation and I'm glad I stopped by. The staff is friendly and celiac knowledgable. I wish they had one in my home state.
They do NOT have a separate cooking space. They change gloves and ladles, but double dip utensils in the same sauce and toppings as regular pizzas. I stopped them and they were very nice about it, but if you're sensitive, just beware.
This place is amazing! You make and create your own individual pizza or salad. The staff and owner is celiac knowledgeable. The food is fresh and 99% organic. The place is clean. They cook the pizza on a separate pan. They change their gloves and the ladles. I have not gotten sick yet :-). I have eaten there 3 times. The price is very reasonable. Love this place and everyone who has eaten here, GF or not, feels the same.
