Review of Flatbread Company

I have celiac and have eaten here several times with no ill-effects. Each time I go I explain that I have celiac and tell them I need them to be very careful when prepping my pizza. The crust comes in its own pan already so the crust doesn't actually ever touch the oven or the counter. They also use separate utensils. And they even have Green's Amber Ale GF beer (best tasting GF beer IMO)!
