Review of Flatbread Company

Excellent experience at Flatbread. The staff was very knowledgeable about Celiac and took all necessary precautions. The pizza is prepared in its own area, cooked on a tin pan as to not touch anything in the pizza oven, and staff changed gloves. Also all their salad dressings are gluten free. Highly recommended!
