Review of Flatbread Company

Phenomenal gluten free flatbread; just like the real thing. Staff is very understanding and most, if not all, flatbread topics are/can be prepared gluten free. Crust is doughy - a great contrast to the crunchy burnt crust we can usually find gluten free!
