How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Poor

Have ordered burgers from Flemings several times and never gotten sick, whether with Gluten-Free bun (Udis, pretty sure) or on beef of lettuce. Explain that I require gluten free for Celiac, and they seem to take care. I do get the fries, but I’m unsure if it’s a dedicated fryer. I’ve never found any breading or anything in with the fries, and I’ve never gotten sick. Maybe they just stain it out well for me. I think I’m pretty sensitive, but I’ve not reacted the couple of times I’ve eaten here.
