When I was there, only one flavor contained gluten. The staff were inconsistent with their knowledge about what had gluten, but consulted one another to find the answer. They were very accommodating when I asked for a fresh scoop from the back. It turned out they were on their last container of that flavor, so they offered to scrape off the top of the one they had left, grab a new scooper, and scoop some that hadn’t had any previous contact for me. I was ok with that. This was on a busy Saturday night in summer. The ice cream was super high quality and delicious. Be sure to ask questions if you’re celiac and as always it’s about your personal risk tolerance, but I would go back again.
