I used Fleur de Lisa recently for my wedding cake. The staff were very friendly and everything I asked for was done. Most important to me was that I could eat ALL of my wedding cake so it was 100% gluten free. Each tier was a different flavor and more delicious than the last. My guests loved it too and had no idea it was gluten free.
