Delicious, but a little pricey for a crepe. They can modify most of the flavors to be gluten free. Never had any issues eating here.

Had a great experience at the Flint Crepe Co. and the food was delicious! The menu indicated that most crepes can be made gluten free (doesn't specifically say which ones so you have to talk to them about it). I let the staff know I have Celiac and they took special precautions. I got the Monte Cristo crepe. Overall a great experience.

The flint crepe company is SOOOO good!! They even have an option for gluten free with celiac! It’s one of the few places I trust. They even mark their takeout boxes with “*celiac*” I got the Monte Cristo Crepe and raspberry cheesecake crepe! It was amazing!!!

Be sure you know exactly what you want and what should be in it. The counter person attempted to "educate" me on what my food choices meant and proceeded to treat me like an idiot I was so upset I couldn't eat. It felt like a confrontation.

I have celiac and my friend has celiac and other allergens. They walked us through the menu, cleaned the grills and were very careful. Excellent crepes!

There are very few places Ive been to that do gf perfect, but this place is one of them. All crepes are gluten free. They asked if it was an allergy, i said celiac and they switched gloves, cleaned the grill, whole nine yards. They have a gf crepe they use. And OMG, the taste. This stuff is just sooo good!! The relief of having access to a very complete menu was just heaven. Was like before being dxed. That good.

excellent customer service and knowledge on providing a safe dining experience for celiacs! their buckwheat crepes are super tasty, and they washed down their crepe griddle and used fresh utensils to ensure our meal was gluten free. excellent options for dairy-free dining, as well! a lot of restaurants don't understand how something as simple as offering a vegan cheese option can make a huge difference in their customers' dining experience - Flint Crepe Company gets it! we'll definitely be back for more!

While I love this restaurant, I feel it necessary to let others know that their gf crepes are NOT MADE on dedicated gf griddles. They scrub them the best they can but the chance of cross-contamination can occur.

Very good gf choices. Excellant choice of teas and coffees to make your gf experience even better.

Ate here for the first time tonight. What a great restaurant! Had the Applewood crepe and it was absolutely amazing! Fresh ingredients from local farmers, great taste, staff was very friendly! We had the lemon drop crepe for dessert and that was fabulous also. Very nice atmosphere, ambience, and it was clean. We will definitely be back!

Best coffee ever! their espresso is to die for. And they really care that everything is gluten free and all you to contact them if you have any problems. Also the staff is very friendly.
