Flippin' Pizza

My gluten sensitive son gives this pizza 4 stars. He particularly enjoyed the edges of the pie being unburned (many places over cook GF pizzas). It was a little greasy, but he’s 11…didn’t matter to him.

Spent five days at the Washington Hilton attending a conference. Went to Flippin Pizza twice during my stay and they have a "Gluten Friendly" crust. I felt the price charged for the GF pizza was very reasonable. Pizza is made in a shared space with traditional pizza so not safe for those with strong reactions or celiac.
