Waiter was so kind telling me what they could make gf. I could have had one of the salads or nachos. I ended up getting fries because I did not feel like anything else. Even though it was a shared fryer I did not get sick. There were real good.

There were limited option, but I ordered the local farm grilled chicken, and it was one of the best meals of my life. I had never had asparagus before, but I thoroughly enjoyed them. I didn’t get sick at all. We tried to go back the next day, but they were closed for a private event.

Had wings that were probably cross contaminated from the fryer . They were good tasting and I didn’t notice a particular reaction like I think I normally would....so overall I got lucky but wouldn’t recommend doing the same

I was told by manager there was a dedicated gf fryer. I ordered the pulled pork chips app and a salad with salmon and got very sick. I informed the waitress i was not feeling well after eating and she didn’t charge me.

Wonderful experience here! I am gluten free for health reasons and our server was super knowledgeable telling me what I could and could not have. The margherita flatbread was to die for and I did not get sick! This was my favorite spot in Nashville for live music. Everyone was wonderful!

Tip—they do NOT have a separate fryer here!

Staff was knowledgeable. GF flat bread was delicious. Wings are shown as GF on the menu but they don’t have a dedicated fryer.

I was a little hesitant to come to FGL with our 5 and 1 year old, but it was wonderful! The atmosphere was great for our family. We went on a Tuesday night, so it may be a bit louder on the weekend. They had a great band and I had several choices of what to order, which doesn’t happen often because I’m also pescatarian (I eat fish but no other meat). I ordered the margarita flatbread and it was delicious.

Tested the gluten free cheeseburger with my Nima and all was all smiles! Chef came out and spoke with me and told me what was safe! Nice to eat something. She said to stay away from fryer since I am celiac. Offered flatbread too but opted for cheeseburger

They had gluten free flatbread even though it’s not on the menu, just ask. They also have salad, steak, wings and a few other things but be mindful they don’t have a separate fryer for the chips/ nachos.

For the record, I didn’t actually eat here. I was seated, read the menu, and left. (I did leave a tip, though!) There were only 3 or 4 gluten free items. There was NO PIZZA even though this app mentions this restaurant in the pizza category.

Also, it was a very loud club atmosphere. That would be fine some times, but we were traveling with a toddler so it was a bad fit for us.

I would not come here if you have Celiac. They have many items listed as GF but they use the same fryers. Only items that are truly GF is a steak and Shrimp n Grits. How disappointing. When will places understand you should NOT call something GF when you use the same fryers?

Go to Jack’s BBQ instead. Everything clearly listed, they understand and are helpful.

Their menu lists the gluten free options. We started with Sandi’s Queso & Chips which had a good portion of homemade queso and hot tortilla chips that were properly salted. I had a FGL Salad with added grilled chicken. It could have used more candied pecans or larger pieces as they seemed small and few. The waitress was attentive and helpful. There was no option for gluten free dessert.

Menu was marked with GF options, and our waiter was helpful as well. Loved that I could have the chips with pulled pork (kind of like nachos) - they hit the spot! Plus a fun atmosphere!!

The items on the menu were marked gluten free I ordered the surf and turf and it was the best shrimp I’ve ever eaten! The staff was knowledgeable about both my dairy and gluten allergies he offered me a side alternative to the mashed potatoes that had dairy in them. Highly recommend the food is amazing!!! It’s a scratch kitchen so they make everything in house, very accommodating

Ordered gluten free flatbread pizza from menu. Emphasized my severe reactions to gluten. I was assured that all necessary precautions would be taken. Within 30 minutes, I started getting sick. I threw up for two hours.
