I told the cashier that I had a gluten allergy and several questions to ask about the food. She immediately brought out the chef which was perfect! He stated that the fries are made in a separate fryer with canola oil, all three flavors of milk shakes are gluten free so the blenders are safe (the road gravel is added afterwards for each milkshake), and the burgers are made with Udis gluten free buns (he brought them out so I could even read the ingredients). I really enjoyed all the food, the bun was pretty good and soft, and the fries and milkshake were really good!

Ordered through the app and had a burger and fries, with no reaction after. Our meal was noted with allergy flags and we were told it was made in a dedicated allergy area.

I ordered the cheeseburger with fries and had no issues! Cashier ensured me that the fries were made in a separate fryer, so no cross contamination!

I was able to get an Impossible burger here AND steak fries. They use a separate fryer and that was something I didn’t think I’d ever get to experience again. The pickle that they serve with it was also incredible

Waited a long time in line to even place order. Went during off peak time and waited 25 minutes to inform I needed to order from allergy menu. No menu was physically available but I have it saved to my phone so I used that. Waited another 25 mins for food (which I was fully aware of based on what I have read online). Food was just meh, nothing terrible but nothing to remember. Overall I wouldn’t go back unless I didn’t have another option

I was worried ab cross contamination so I got a turkey club on gluten free roll, no bacon (idk how they cooked that so didn’t want to chance it), and opted for no fries (they gave me 2 cuties instead) even though it said dedicated gluten free fryer (I didn’t want to take my chances, only at Disney for one day). I felt fine after and it kept me full, overall good experience. We ordered ahead on the app to save time, if I wanted to order something cooked, I would’ve waited to order at the restaurant so I could speak to the chef.

They have GF buns and the fries are also safe. I ordered the vegan burger (it’s an Impossible Burger) with fries, and then got a milkshake to go. Everything was great and I felt really safe eating there. You gotta request the gluten free menu and they’ll give you a separate allergy menu with all the things that can be prepared safely for different allergies/conditions.

Gluten free buns and dedicated fryer! Separate kitchen area for the allergy as well! Great burgers, even tasted like In n Out burger which was great since I haven’t had it since going gf. Highly recommend!

Celiac Friendly - We were at DCA during a slower time and were able to speak with the Manager. They food was prepared without Cross Contamination and our son with celiac did not get sick. Good for Burgers and Shakes.

ordered the impossible burger and told the cashier i had celiac's, but they didn't know what it meant or how to order it which was worrisome. i told them it was a 'gluten allergy' and they understood that, so when the food came out i clarified with the cast members behind the counter about how it was prepared. they assured me the GF orders are made in a dedicated area of the kitchen!
like others have said, the bun is very dry but i just dumped ketchup on it and it was fine. good steak fries! and besides feeling a little bloated immediately after i had no bad reaction which is really unlikely when i eat at restaurants!!!

Definitely a safe place for someone with celiac, great milkshakes and fries! But the burger bun was VERY dry and crumbly, the burger meat itself also was kind of bland. Nice to have a safe meal but I wouldn’t go again!
Yes
Dry cheese burger and bun. Fries and shakes were good.
This is my go to place for breakfast for my gluten and dairy allergies. Just be sure to communicate to cashier/chef your needs.
Yes
I just got thier chef salad and it was good. It's was an iceburg lettuce salad but tasted good.
I had a turkey sandwich here and it was bland..bun was dry and falling apart. I can't dock them any stars for that because I did not get sick. The steak fries were delicious and so was the milkshake (I had 3 on my 5 day trip)
Yes
The chef was checking people with food allergies meals in front of me to make sure they didn’t order something they cannot have. The bun was dried and gross, but I can eat fries and it was an ok meal.
I usually get the breakfast here and I don’t get sick! Just make sure to ask for a gf menu and tell them you have an allergy.

We went 6months ago and it was great. But we just went this Summer. My family’s had huge cross contamination and it’s not just there it seems like the Disneyland Resort is really dropping the ball with being accommodating to the gluten allergy. They act like your putting them out instead being understanding. The food quality has also gone way down. In years past we were so happy and excited because Disneyland Resort went the extra mile. Not any more. Sadly. Be extra extra careful eating at the Disneyland Parks and resorts

I got a Ka-Cheeseburger for like $15. The bun was okay, but the cheese on the burger was absolutely disgusting. I had my friends try it (after I was done) and they both agreed it was terrible. They also took 15 min to make it which I mean I suppose that should make me feel like they made it safely, but I don’t really know. It is a risk at best if you are super sensitive to cross contamination.
I had the kids meal All American GF. It was amazing! And the same portion sizes as my husbands regular All American. They were very knowledgeable and careful about cross contamination.
Yes
Food was super bland and gf bun was so dry I could barely swallow it. Also definitely got cross contaminated here. I appreciate that they have options but will not be returning.

Disney has changed all their GF options for 2019. The app has most of the information online. But you can’t see some menus until you are in the park. My son and I had Gluten Friendly steak fries and a cheeseburger. The bun was dry. The pickle was nice. I’ve attached the menu.
