I went here. Almond macaroon was the only gluten free thing. They have no gluten free bread or pastry!! Very disappointing after reading reviews that they had GF options.

They ran out of the gluten free bread so the only other option was a green salad or a brownie.

Idk what the previous person is talking about, their entire menu can be made gluten free, it’s salads and sandwiches.
They have GF baked goods as well so maybe that’s what they were referencing, although they always have several GF options. Many of the cakes/cake slices are gluten free too, but aren’t labeled so you have to ask! As with anywhere else, it’s best to call and ask when they aren’t busy/between meal times. I’ve gotten slices and ordered entire cakes and haven’t been glutened. I order sandwiches less frequently but have always been fine! You can usually see them making the food which is a good reminder to speak up and let them know they need to change gloves, etc.
Overall I love Flour and they have an entire menu of lunch/sandwich options, and several delicious GF baked goods every day.

We went here after running in the Boston Marathon. This was delicious. I got the lemon poppyseed muffing and it was so light and fluffy. It didn’t taste gluten free at all. It had a great flavor and the texture was great. I also got the BLT sandwich on gluten free bread. The bread was okay. Not the best I’ve had but still good. I recommend you going here if you are nearby.

I can’t have dairy and unfortunately most everything gluten free has dairy in it, including bread. They have gf bread and option to put it on a salad if you want though.

They said they’d handle cross contamination, but as they made my sandwich they used the same knife to cut it as gluten sandwiches. They were nice when I pointed it out and remade my sandwich. But I’d prefer not to watch my food like a hawk. Also… their bread is ok. People saying “best they’ve ever had”… I don’t get it.

Went with my son who has celiac. The wait staff noted that it was for a celiac and prepared his sandwich separately. Their gluten free ciabatta bread is the best gf bread I’ve tried

I got the breakfast soufflé sandwich on their Gluten Free ciabatta. DELICIOUS! The bread is so good and super moist. They don’t always have the gluten free bread so you should call and ask before your arrive. So worth it.

Not a ton of choices, but the one gf blueberry biscuit/muffin didn’t taste gf at all...very moist!
Bread is delicious. I was amazed how good it was. But I’m not convinced they are able to control for cross contamination.
Best gluten free bread I've ordered, it's different than typical bread, has a little bit of an eggy taste but is delicious and fresh tasting. The blt on their gluten free bread is one of the best sandwiches I've ever had with or without gluten
Ordered a meringue labeled gluten free and it made me sick.

Yummy gluten free food, but possible cross contamination.
I ordered GF buckwheat noodles and it came out with normal bread on it!

Odd place. Not all the GF desserts are clearly labeled so I only went with one that was specifically labeled as it was so crowded I didn’t necessarily believe everything the waitress pointed to. GF oreo was terrible- very dry. I also had the green goddess dressing where they gave me GF bread but no butter. Again, dry.
the GF desserts were all around the gluten desserts. Made me really nervous. That being said I didn't get sick.
Had the double chocolate oreo and it wasn't very good. Really dry and crumbly.
The almond cookie had was excellent! Super moist and flavorful
Chocolate torte = 5 stars! This is one of my go-to GF desserts. To me, it is like a chocolate-covered tiramisu dome. I absolutely love this dessert.
I wouldn't get their GF Oreo again. The cookie was powdery and the filling had this odd texture. The taste wasn't anywhere near the caliber of the chocolate torte. I'd rate it 1 star.
The ginger-apple tart was an interesting concept. I liked the flavor profile but would prefer less ginger as presented or a more candied-ginger taste if the ginger will remain as prominent a note. Rating: 3 stars.
Seed pudding = 3 stars. Must really be eaten with the fresh strawberry garnish to enliven the flavors of the pudding.
Creme brûlée = 5 stars.
All in all, not a bad place for GF desserts/pastries. Definitely, a go-to for creme brûlée (not always available) and the chocolate tortes (is always available), for me. The other rotating GF options are worth trying as they're interesting and unconventional in the GF World.
Contamination is an obvious as it is a bakery, however they did ask and I saw gloves switch/different station. I had a BLT and this was by far the best bread I have had. It was like a foccia (spelling?), which I've never had GF. Will certainly eat here again, as I did not get sick.
This is one of those places I really wanted to work out. I'm Celiac, have been for 30+ years, and when I called about gluten free they said they have some items that don't have gluten, but there's a high risk of cross contamination.

Not a lot of GF options but their almond macaroons are excellent and happen to be GF.

Got the breakfast sandwich on a salad with fresh grapefruit juice! Awesome place with delicious gf options! If I lived in Boston, I'd be here every day!
awesome almond flour muffin!

I love Flour and all of its locations. They are very knowledgeable about allergies, and have a decently sturdy gluten free bread that most of their sandwiches can be put on— only exception would be their grilled sandwiches or naan sandwich, which cannot be made gluten free. For sweets, they have a seasonal gluten free muffin that rotates flavor, a flourless cake and flourless brownie, as well as some meringues. I only wish they had gluten free savory pastries when you want something small, because while their sandwiches are delicious, they are somewhat pricy.

The Flour Bakery listed was closed. We had to go several miles to find another location.
They were out of gluten free bread by 10am, but it was 2 days after Xmas. They still had gf brownies and gf macaroon. They were very knowledgeable and offered to make a salad from a sandwich and then asked if it was for gluten allergy.

I got a pre made salad that was marked gf. I saw that they had bread for sandwiches and pastries in the case. I didn't explore their cross containing policies.
