First time ordered a sandwich and was ok. Next two times got a sandwich and a gluten free baked good. Got glutened both those times. EDIT: was stupid enough to get glutened a third time, don’t go here

I bought 3 pies for Thanksgiving at Flour, and 2 of them were GF (pumpkin and chocolate). They were the best GF desserts I’ve ever had!!

I love Flour and all of its locations. They are very knowledgeable about allergies, and have a decently sturdy gluten free bread that most of their sandwiches can be put on— only exception would be their grilled sandwiches or naan sandwich, which cannot be made gluten free. For sweets, they have a seasonal gluten free muffin that rotates flavor, a flourless cake and flourless brownie, as well as some meringues. I only wish they had gluten free savory pastries when you want something small, because while their sandwiches are delicious, they are somewhat pricy.

The Flour Bakery listed was closed. We had to go several miles to find another location.
They were out of gluten free bread by 10am, but it was 2 days after Xmas. They still had gf brownies and gf macaroon. They were very knowledgeable and offered to make a salad from a sandwich and then asked if it was for gluten allergy.

I got a pre made salad that was marked gf. I saw that they had bread for sandwiches and pastries in the case. I didn't explore their cross containing policies.
