Gluten-Friendly Pizza, Gluten-Free wings, salads, many items not labeled but just ask the servers or call and ask ahead. I called to confirm the pizza can be made to avoid cross contact with gluten, and the wings are prepared gluten-free. The staff recommended I add online order details that specify if I was celiac or if gluten makes me sick. I am gluten intolerant and fairly sensitive and had no reaction to the gluten-friendly pizza and wings. I have been informed by very sensitive people with celiac disease that they have also had no reaction from their gluten-friendly pizzas, but I am not sure what exactly they do to prevent cross contact. I was very pleased with the crust texture, it was amazing. The wings were also good.
