Flourless Bakery is amazing! I was diagnosed with celiac 10+ years ago and finally found amazing gluten free substitutes! Ugly mugs also has a special surface for the gluten free bagels, toast and breakfast sandwiches! It is also so nice to find more than just a gluten free cookie! There are so many amazing options and you truly won’t believe it’s gluten free!

You will never go back to regular products. “Flourless” makes amazing desserts, breads, pizza crust and more. You will not be disappointed. You can pick products at the Ugly Mug in Placerville, CA as well as order online and pick them up at this location. The owner is passionate about his products.
