I was assured that they had a dedicated GF fryer. I ordered and specifically requested that the cook be informed the gluten free request was an allergy and apologized for the inconvenience.

My appetizer (soup marked GF on the menu) came out with a piece of bread in it, waiter's response was that no one told him. Sent it back, explained again GF was an allergy, and it took long enough to come back that I thought it was a new bowl. Also had the fish and chips.

Massive bloating and pain within 25 minutes of leaving the restaurant.

Yes, I know I should have left once they messed up the soup. I'm an idiot.

Unfortunately the calamari and fish & chips that were promised to be gluten free came back high gluten on my Nima. Order was marked for celiac but no luck.

Lots of options. Attentive staff. Beautiful views. We made multiple trips back to this restaurant.

What an incredible restaurant and gluten-free to boot. Wonderful gluten-free calamari, the best we’ve ever had. A lovely gluten-free salad. And a phenomenal gluten-free risotto with local prawns. Intelligent and engaged staff gave us full confidence that they understood our celiac and gluten-free needs. Highly recommended.

Sadly, was very excited about the restaurant and the gluten free fish and chips. However my daughter has celiac so we test her food with a Nima Gluten tester. It came back with high gluten. They remade it without arguments without sauce and by itself and it came back fine, however if we didn’t test it would have been a huge problem. Sensitive and celiac should not eat here without testing food.

Was up all night in severe pain after having the gluten free fish and chips, not sure where they went wrong but they were definitely not gluten free

GF fish and chips and clam chowder were awesome. We plan to come back tomorrow.

Had the fish 'n chips -very good. There were a couple other GF options too. Be sure to let them know you are celiac-they will take extra care.
