Review of Flux Restaurant

I have Celiac and went here last night with my partner. There was a nice variety of GF items clearly marked on the menu and the bartender (we sat at the bar) flagged our order as Celiac, so it was clear that they take food allergies / Celiac seriously. We ordered the fish and chips, mushroom fried rice, and far east salad. Everything was excellent and they even threw in tempura fried cauliflower, compliments of the chef. The bartender, Kitty, noticed he had given us tempura. She double-checked with him to ensure it was fried in the gf fryer, and it was. He was on top of it; this was one of the best dining experiences I've had eating out and I can't wait to return!

... also got the cheesecake (gf) to go and it's bomb.
