I had a chicken salad sandwich on gluten-free bread with lettuce and tomato. It was excellent. As is usually the case with gluten-free bread, my sandwich was tiny compared to the ones my family got with regular bread. It was very good however and I was satisfied.

I was so impressed with Flyboy. I told them I had an allergy (because I read earlier reviews) and they asked if they needed to wipe the grill press. I said "yes and please change your gloves." They did both without hesitation.
Now the food - delicious!!! I can't wait to go back! Their food is simply outstanding! And they have a wine and local beer selection

My daughter stopped to get me a sandwich today. They do change their gloves and put down a piece of paper but use the same sauces and utensils as the regular sandwiches. Disappointing and a waste of money as this is not celiac safe.

My 5 year old is gluten sensitive. He's also extremely tough to please. Most GF restaurants make him turn up his nose, but the GF bread here is phenomenal. He LOVES their grilled cheese sandwich. I'm addicted to their rueben. Will give an update after I try that on their GF bread.
Update: rueben on GF bread is almost as good as the regular bread. BTW, GF bread is from local bakery: Ashley's in Oakwood. Great, if you have a hankering for white bread.
