No GF options indicated on the menu. So we asked about any allergen information they may have available and indicated that my girlfriend has a gluten allergy. Waitress stated, “You can order things without bread. Oh, and she can’t have the wings because they have butter in the sauce.” Yeah. Butter. I clarified that I said gluten because I thought maybe she misheard me. Nope. “Yeah, they told he that ‘gluten people’ can’t have butter.” We left. No confidence in anything they would have said after that conversation.

The food here is fantastic and they are very good at accommodating gluten free. Their fryer is not safe but there are other options for sides. I was a little worried the first time I came in because they hand wrote out the gluten free items so that made me a little leery but I didn't get sick either time eating here. My pictures don't do this place justice! The first time I came in I got the sampler and was able to share with my 16yr old son and we still went home with leftovers. Definitely worth a stop in!

I have been going to the flying pig for a few years. Everything on the menu is excellent. I am now gluten free and have the same opinion of this restaurant. A must stop in Midlothian Va.
All barbecue and sauces are GF. They clean work space and change gloves for any allergies. Gf side were limited but the barbecue is excellent
