No gluten free biscuit or bread substitutions available, even though the Google menu listing indicates otherwise. The Chorizo hash was really tasty, enjoyed it with no problems later.

No gfree menu as advertised. Obviously eggs are gfree but no plan to limit cross contamination. We left. Needs to be dropped from this site.

While the menu does include gluten free options and is clearly marked, the staff, including the manager know VERY LITTLE about celiac disease or even allergies. I ordered one of the GF menu items and stated that I had a “gluten allergy” (I have celiac). My meal was brought with a biscuit on my plate. I told them I had an allergy and my meal would have to be remade. The manager came back not a minute later with my meal. I told him, I have an allergy and simply removing the biscuit that was touching the rest of my meal was not enough. Not 2 minutes later I’m brought half of my meal on one plate (same color as it was the first time with the biscuit) and the other half on another plate. Let’s just say my stomach is already letting me know I did not receive a fully remade meal. Steer clear, I’d give zero stars if it were an option.

I had a wonderful experience here. The waitress was very knowledgeable about Gluten free options. GF items were marked on the menu. They had a GF bread option as well to replace the biscuit for your order. I had the Piedmont Omelette with grits and GF Toast along with a Mimosa flight. The juices that they use for the flight are GF as well.

The most delicious grits! Server was knowledgeable and helpful. They were slammed and she still took the time to dip apple butter from a new jar for me. Each order comes with a complimentary biscuit and unfortunately I got toasted Udis sandwich bread. It was safe and toasted separately from everything else.

A great experience. We tried it based off another recommendation. The do have gf options clearly listed on the menu and the waitress was knowledgeable about items. Food was delicious. I had an omelet, potatoes and grits.

Flying Biscuit is a good place to eat. This was my first time eating at this location, and the menu is different (and didn’t seem to have as many GF options as I am used to having). However, I enjoyed my eggs, sausage, and grits. Their grits are always so good - don’t miss them.

I got the southern scramble. I told them i was gluten free which means no biscuit. I’ve also been avoiding cheese so I replaced the grits with fruit
