GF items are marked as such on the menu. They do not offer any alternatives to biscuit or toast. I wish they at least had GF bread available. “Moon dust” potatoes labeled as GF in one place on menu and not GF in another place. Unremarkable experience

You must pay for a biscuit, even though you can’t eat it, because they will not allow you to sub the biscuit. The server suggested I try the toast instead...so, clearly the staff isn’t trained well. My plate came out with the biscuit on my omelette. I sent it back and they brought me a “new” plate within a minute saying someone else had ordered the same meal but it didn’t have a biscuit on it yet...except I could see where the biscuit used to be and there was a big chunk of biscuit in my grits. Will not be returning.

I ordered the spinach avocado omelet with a side of bacon and grits with no biscuit and our server, Mariah R was amazing. She was aware of my allergy and made sure it was noted and told the cook in the back and gloves were changed. I had no sort of reaction or sickness and usually immediately if I have any sort of contamination I get sick AND that did NOT happen. We will definitely go back. The menu showed the gluten free items and they were aware of the GF allergy and made sure we were taken care of! Mariah was amazing !!

I had a wonderful experience here. The waitress was very knowledgeable about Gluten free options. GF items were marked on the menu. They had a GF bread option as well to replace the biscuit for your order. I had the Piedmont Omelette with grits and GF Toast along with a Mimosa flight. The juices that they use for the flight are GF as well.

The most delicious grits! Server was knowledgeable and helpful. They were slammed and she still took the time to dip apple butter from a new jar for me. Each order comes with a complimentary biscuit and unfortunately I got toasted Udis sandwich bread. It was safe and toasted separately from everything else.

A great experience. We tried it based off another recommendation. The do have gf options clearly listed on the menu and the waitress was knowledgeable about items. Food was delicious. I had an omelet, potatoes and grits.

Flying Biscuit is a good place to eat. This was my first time eating at this location, and the menu is different (and didn’t seem to have as many GF options as I am used to having). However, I enjoyed my eggs, sausage, and grits. Their grits are always so good - don’t miss them.
