Menu has GF options noted, however there is no reference to gluten free rolls for the burgers or that the fries are also gluten free. My daughter has celiac and ordered the burger and fries, she liked them both and did not have any issues. The menu shows the clam chowder as gluten free but my daughter did not order it. I did order the chowder and it was one of the best chowders I have had.

I’ve eaten here twice with no problems. Both times I had a delicious lobster roll with an excellent salad. Unfortunately I went a third time and got glutened with the same meal. So disappointing.

Lobster roll was fresh and ample. Came with packaged chips so no concern on side. Also had a delicious, crisp Caesar salad. Waitstaff was very friendly. Menu is very clearly marked with options. Large outdoor seating area for those looking for a view. Would return.

There was definitely some confusion about what was and was not gluten free. We were initially told the fish and chips could be made gluten free and later were told there was no dedicated fryer. My daughter ended up eating a burger on a gluten free bun. We were also told the fries were ok (after initially being told they were not). All of the food was excellent and she didn’t have any reaction. The restaurant may just want to train it’s staff on GF protocol and what is available. There was also plenty of outdoor seating.

A lot of available options for gluten free. Had a great sandwich on good gluten free bread. Wait staff was knowledgeable.

Gluten free traditional chowdah (you have to ask) and it was fantastic! They also had a wonderful GF roll... They were very aware and accommodating.

Went for dinner and had an amazing night. The menu is labeled with gf options. Had a salad to start which was delicious- balsamic is the only dressing that was gf but it was very good. I had the statler chicken which was incredible! The chicken itself was a little dry, but the Parmesan risotto with chicken jus completely made up for that! Only wish they had gf dessert options other than ice cream.

Absolutely great experience. They have a dedicated fryer for French fries. Great staff. Seafood was excellent. So happy!

I've been here twice now in the past week and I haven't had a single problem. The whole staff seems very well trained on celiac disease and yes they do have a dedicated fryer. Unfortunately they cannot make fried clams but the french fries were delicious! I was so psyched because today I got to have a gluten-free lobster roll and french fries! This place is one of the most accommodating restaurants in the area!

Food was good. Waitstaff were friendly. No fried foods but still plenty of options.
Great food, very knowledgeable staff. Dedicated fryer for french fries!!! Gluten free clam chowder not the one on the menu you have to ask. Just let them know what your issue is and they will accommodate you. I was very pleased. Second time there are two years always delicious
This was our first time at Flying Bridge restaurant. It’s a great cape cod restaurant that overlooks the water. The staff is knowledgeable about gluten free items and other allergens. The regular menu is marked with GF next to safe items. They had fish, steak tips, burgers, and salads that were GF. My son had a GF roll when the other bread was served, then a salad and steak tips with veggies. We had a great experience and felt fine afterwards.
