Ordered gluten free pizza and my Nima tester tested it positive for gluten.

Excellent GF pizza. Kitchen Staff take precautions to prepare safely, although they are not dedicated GF facility.
If you have celiac or a gluten allergy, this place isn't going to work for you. They have gluten free crust, but told me they are not celiac safe because there is flour flying around all over the place in the kitchen. I appreciate the honesty. Just sad to strike out on safe pizza once again.

The GF pizza crust was rather flat, but not quite the disc you usually get at non pizza focused restaurants. Super crispy. But, the toppings were GREAT! Lots of them. Still n search of a better crust in PDX. I know it’s out there!
We've eaten here twice and haven't gotten sick. The chef is extra careful, even though they don't have a dedicated space. They wrap the pizza in tinfoil and it does the job. They are very generous with their toppings. Good vegan options as well, and the crust is dairy free. Definitely coming back!
For a long time, my hands down favorite place (so far) for GF pizza. I’m very gluten sensitive but never had a problem here. They have a good crust but sometimes don’t bake it to perfection—it needs to bake a little longer. Not burnt on the edges but a little toastier. But if you ask them they’ll do it so no complaints! Also if you don’t want a ton of topping, tell them or your pizza will be overflowing.
Flying Pie is a neighborhood place and a family place. It’s exceptionally casual with all kinds of fun, old advert stuff hanging from the rafters and framed montage photographs of parties, old friends and good times at Flying Pie. They keep the salad bar pretty well stocked. You order at the bar and sit down anywhere at booths or long tables. There are often little kids running here and there but it’s fine because parents here seem more down to earth and won’t allow them to be a nuisance.
We have gotten several GF pizzas from FPP and they make an amazing one. They also have a vegan cheese as well. I don’t usually eat GF but my wife does, with that said we share a pie and I am not disappointed. Stop in and get one sometime, you will not be disappointed.
This pizza is great! I have celiac and have eaten here many times. I love how they load on the toppings even for a basic pepperoni pizza.
Best gf pizza! I found out I was celiac 8 years ago and was super depressed because I thought I’d never be able to eat their pizza again. When I found out they had gf crust I was thrilled to try it. I was not disappointed. I’ve had other gf pizzas and none compare. Not even close.

They had the time to keep things separate, and it tasted great.
The ONLY pizza in the USA with a killer pie equal to Fazarrati's Pizza in Napa, CA, tying them for the best pizzas on the planet! And Gluten Free! What more could a discerning person ask for? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The SE Stark, Portland location produces the best pie in the chain of pizzerias.
Love their pizza! I am a very sensitive celiac and have never gotten sick here! the staff is very friendly too!

Gluten free pizza crust was good. Not sure if there are other gluten free options except salad bar.

The stromboli on gf crust is my favorite thing to eat; however I am saddened to say my last pizza was cross contaminated.

They are very accommodating to my severe reaction to gluten. I have celiac disease. This is a non celiac environment though. I enjoy their pizza!
I have celiac disease and I eat here regularly and have never been sick. Best pizza anywhere!
