— Excellent

so good!! i’m a regular. it’s not a completely gluten-free kitchen, so make sure you tell the host you have celiac and the cook WILL cook it on a. separate pan that’s never had gluten, all the staff will change their gloves, etc. i’ve never had symptoms with their food if i tell them i have celiac. the chips are gluten-free, and everything is delicious. you can eat everything on the menu except the burritos.

F’nK started as a food truck in CA. Very minimal seating. The previous tenants were not GF so they will warn you about CC. But they do not serve anything that contains gluten. Everything is made fresh. They do not have a freeze. Everything is so good.
