When I brought up celiac the person making my bowl wasn’t familiar with it, and it seemed like they didn’t have a policy or safety measures in place. Maybe if I had directly asked her to change gloves she would have, but the environment was fast paced, and I didn’t feel comfortable pushing the issue. It might not have helped, there are lots of opportunities for cross contamination between the toppings and the rice (one of the rice options is not gf).
The food is tasty, and if you aren’t avoiding cross contamination then I could see this being a good option.

One of my favorite places to eat in Bellevue, especially if you want something quick! Everything is clearly labeled as GF. Let them know when you are ordering you would like a “gluten free bowl” the will all change their gloves and get a clean metal bowl and use a disposable plastic spoon to mix everything. They are so friendly as well, highly recommend!!
