There is nothing wrong with the restaurant as an establishment but it is not gluten free or gluten friendly. I ordered a pizza which was very tasty BUT unfortunately I am feeling the symptoms and side affects of being glutened. I cannot recommend this place if you are allergic to gluten.

The GF pizza was decent. It reminded me of an Udis, but more fresh. Not the best, but not the worst. I felt poorly the next day. I noticed the cooks clothes were covered with flour. I was also disappointed with the service. We were told to sit at a specific table, but not informed that we should order at the counter. We sat there for 20 minutes before another customer told us that no waiter was coming to take our order. After that debacle, we waited almost an hour before getting our food. Unfortunate.

Pizza tastes good but I most certainly got glutened. It’s a no for celiacs here.
I haven’t gotten sick yet so I want to give it 5 stars…but it’s so expensive and you have to pay a lot more for gf crust and toppings. I also have been charged for a missing ingredient over 4 times and it’s gotten so ridiculous that it has become a game with my bf if they’ll actually get the order right.

Hate to be this person but Honestly really disappointed. I don’t really get to enjoy pizza often so I attempt to rationalize treating myself to a 30+ $ pizza every once in a while. Ordered GF buff Cauliflower, paid 2.50 for xtra cauliflower, 1.00 for dairy free cheese, 1.50 for arugula, and 1.50 for caramelizad onion. All of these (excluding the cheese) are supposed to be additional to the ingredients included on the pizza… instead I received the normal sad amount of Buffalo cauliflower, no red onion, no parsley (ingredients listed on menu)- both of which appear to have been replaced by my additions.
The guy working the front tried to rectify the Buffalo cauliflower addition by putting some in the oven on tin foil - but I didn’t see him use gloves or take any other precautions - and the tin foil that touched surfaces with gluten was then balled in on itself before being handed to me. I don’t want to be annoying or unappreciative of his efforts so I just kind of gave up - only to go home and discover the other ingredients missing and the dough not even cooked throughđź’”
Feels dumb to be emotional over food but when restaurant options are already so limited / expensive due to dietary restrictions you can’t help but feel like crying as you sit there with your overpriced pizza, throw out the assumed contaminated stuff, and pray you don’t get sick.
Update : reacted poorly to the pizza. Spare yourself and your bank account.

I have a dairy sensitivity as well. Ordered the GF cauliflower pizza, checked off vegan cheese and dairy allergy. The pizza came with no cheese, and when I called they said the ranch on it was not dairy free. This isn’t a gluten issue, but it makes me hesitant to trust their attention to allergy specifications.

I went and I ordered a leeky chicken pizza and they changed their gloves, put the pizza on tinfoil and got separate cheese for it! Also used a fresh cutter. Did not get sick and would TOTALLY go again! (plus only a 1.5$ up charge for the gf!)

Best (gluten free) pizza in VT. The crust is really impressive for being gluten free (ALL pizzas can be made GF). The toppings are stellar - all locally sourced and high quality. Love this place. Never once gotten sick.

Very friendly service. Top 3 best GF pizzas ever. Cooked on foil in a wood oven. Worth the trip.

Staff were accommodating to gluten allergy and cooked pizza on aluminum foil. Dough was made in house and cooked in a wood fire oven! Probably the best pizza I’ve ever had! It is BYOB however, there is a grocery store next door with a very small corset selection. They also have a location in Shelburne, but if you’re in the Burlington area you should definitely stop.
