All the meat was gluten free and they had a gluten free bun even though it was not listed on the menu. The lady who took my order even made sure to ask if it was ok to touch other surfaces that had been touched by other items with gluten

Good was great! All of their meats are GF and vinegar sauces. They changed their gloves and made sure my order was GF.

Ribs and coleslaw were really good! Only the vinegar-based sauces are GF which also limits the side options where the other sauces are used (no baked beans, for example). The woman at the counter who helped us was also GF and walked me through the options!
