How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Everything is made fresh, from scratch. No official lost, but the server was knowledgable. We had nachos, enchiladas, guacamole, cheese and bean dip. We will have to come back and try the more traditional dishes.
