Their gluten free pizza comes in two options: a pre packaged frozen gluten free brand probably like Udi’s or something, and their own handtossed amazing ness used with gluten free flour. I get the handtossed for celiac and haven’t had problems.

The staff was of great help. They have a dedicated area, oven & kitchen tools for gf pizza. It is a frozen pre-done crust - more like a thin/crisp crust, the crust was ok. I’d do a good amount of toppings, the caprese style was boring & bland with the crust. I felt great, felt safe and would go back. I only did 4 stars because the crust was ‘meh’, but it is an option & a safe one.

We are a low allergen-kitchen. We strive to take care of your dietary needs without sacrificing quality and flavor.

We are very proud to offer two types of gluten-free options for pizza:

1. An imported frozen gluten-free option that is cooked in a separate oven to reduce cross-contamination

2. As well as our hand formed gluten-free crust.We make our own hand formed gluten-free dough in the restaurant. To stretch the dough out, we use the same gluten-free flour that we used to make it – giving you an authentically hand-stretched pizza.

That being said, we are not a dedicated gluten-free kitchen or restaurant.
