When I ordered, the waiter told me they were directed to tell customers that the ingredients were gf, but there might be cross contamination. I already knew this from their website.

I had tofu pad Thai and enjoyed it very much. There were some non traditional elements to the dish, but it was still yummy.

Our server was extremely knowledgeable and we had several options for breakfast. Would definitely go back to try lunch or dinner.

Be careful. I am in town for a meeting and called to order take-out. Specifically mentioned both Celiac and gluten-allergy. The meal I ordered was naturally gluten free, but it came with a side salad as well. When I got back to the hotel, I noticed that the side salad came with croutons on it. I called and verified that my Pad Thai was gluten free, and they were very apologetic, but just be careful!

VERY celiac friendly. Food was delicious! Must visit when in Kalamazoo :)
