My review for this is very conflicted, because I have eaten here many times safely with my friends, but my mom and I had one very bad experience. Foodlife has an allergen list, and many of the stands are supposed to be able to accommodate gluten free customers. I usually get a baked potato from the BBQ stand, but one day when I was shopping with my mom we saw a sign for fish tacos at the taco stand, which is basically my favorite food. The taco stand was supposed to be able to make all their tacos gluten free. We asked the woman running the stand about if the tacos would be gluten free just in case. From the get-go, she was brusque to the point of rudeness and kept assuring us the tacos were gluten free and was acting kind of offended that we would even ask. She assured us there was absolutely no possibility of cross contamination and was rather condescending. My mom was very unsure, but we ordered them. We kept asking some questions to verify and were getting different answers. At one point, I realized with surprise that it seemed like she was lying to make us order them and just saying whatever would make us happy. But we took the food and sat down, my mom still very unsure. She decided to go talk to the manager to confirm they were gluten free. Thank god she did before I began eating, because it turned out that that grill was used for bread, chicken nuggets and other non-gluten free items. They offered us a free meal at MityNice Grill, a lettuce entertain you restaurant also in WaterTower. The manager was very confused when he heard that the woman had assured us it was a dedicated grill, because he knew she cooked other non-gluten free items on the grill. I don't know whether she was just unaware or lying for some bizarre reason, but regardless, it was a frazzling experience and in addition, the taco stand shouldn't have been on the gluten free allergen list at all, if the grill was used for other non-gluten free items. We talked to the manager about removing it from the list. Anyways, it was a bad experience and we probably won't be going back for a while. However, the other times when I've been there, the food has been safe and the people accommodating, which is the only reason I didn't give it one star. In addition, they have a delicious strawberry banana smoothie :).

It's good, but not many GF choices for breakfast

Market style with a number of different stations. They have a paper GF menu to help navigate the choices. No GF fryer or bun option at the grill.
