I like this place but don’t love it. It’s great to have a totally GF place near me, but I find myself more drawn to Chilo’s next door even though it’s not nearly as safe. Despite an interesting menu, I don’t find the food to be seasoned super well — I actually brought salt with me last time, which my friend made fun of me for, but then he wanted some as well. Maybe it’s because they’re trying to keep things healthy? I’d like to see brighter flavors to accompany the excellent masa.
