Service is abysmal. Long waits for waitress, orders were wrong, trying to gain attention of the waitress was horrible. We saw our waitress 3X. Once to take order, once to bring our drinks, and once to drop off the bill. (She did not deliver our food). We were encouraged to use the app to pay, however there is a 3.5% surcharge for debit and credit cards. Our waitress was snarky, stating she did not have change for cash. The food was horrible. The “French onion soup”, had a weird aftertaste and did not taste like traditional French onion soup. The maple glazed bacon brussel sprouts had no maple glaze or bacon, also were raw. The burger were burnt, as were the fries. We asked for a gluten free burger/ bun and were brought a burger with a regular bun. (We couldn’t find our waitress to fix the probl) With such poor service and poor
Food quality, we will not be back. Needless to say, there was no tip left.
