There for Thanksgiving dinner. When I made a reservation, I requested gluten free accommodation and was assured they would be available, but when we arrived the only things we could eat were rice, fish and a salad, which they made after we complained. We will not be eating at FORC again. When we finally got the fish it was dredged in flour and fried, not steamed as ordered. The GM took it back to the kitchen when I called him over to complain. The next plate was still fried, but not overcooked. The GM cut the bill by half but it was still grossly overpriced. The service was awful, and the food not safe for anyone with a gluten allergy.

Nothing but positive things to say! About 80% of their menu is gluten free and there were a lot of paleo options. Plus the food is just delicious!
In terms of cross contamination, both the chef and the staff were well informed. Everything was announced as GF when it came to the table and there clearly had been communication between chefs and waiters.
Just a general warning that reservations are required
