Restaurant in hotel. Stopped in Charlotte very early; was the only place open that was close to being safe to eat. Took a chance. Was lucky that place was not busy yet… was able to talk to the chef who was very accommodating! He rewashed pan and got clean utensils. He went to fridge and opened new veggies because he was afraid the ones on the line may have CC. He prepped my food (omelet) on parchment paper and brought it out himself. His name was TJ and he was a life saver! I’m not sure this place is a great choice overall… only for safety reasons (food was fresh and tasted good). If it were busy he wouldn’t have been able to help or otherwise there wasn’t many choices of fully GF foods. But this one deserves an honorable mention and goes to show there are sone people who care about customers and their craft! THANK YOU TJ!

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. All pasta meals were able to be made gluten free. Location also offered gluten free appetizers, salads, meat dishes and gluten free chocolate cake or creme brûlée for dessert. The manager even brought our food out to ensure the gluten free meal came directly to me. I had a pasta dish, which was one of the best I have ever had - we will be visiting this location again in the future.
