Fries have a seasoning on them so are NOT listed as gluten free, and the manager recommended avoiding the fries. They do have a dedicated frier so it was a bit confusing to hear no to the fries. They do have a few options here though such as no bun, gluten free bun, and lettuce wraps ish in place of a bun...

I have always been good eating here. They have their gluten sensitive items marked on the menu and their fries are done in a dedicated fryer. Great food and great service.

Saw the reviews and had high hopes that there would be a positive dining experience. Showed my allergy card and then I asked the waitress if I could get a grilled chicken breast, lettuce and avocado on a gluten free bun. She said not a problem. Also ordered a side salad with no cheese (I am allergic to dairy) and she took her time to put in the order. Unfortunately, a runner brought the food out and had my meal right next to two other meals, both with gluten buns and melted cheese where my meal was touching theirs. I could not take the chance as there was definitely cross contamination. I told the waitress and she went to order another meal. My entire family had finished eating and my food still had not come out. I asked for a to go box. This was during lunch time and there were only 3 other tables seated. If you go here to eat, make sure to ask the waitstaff to bring out allergy free meals separate from the rest of the order for safety.

Ford’s Garage has great burgers with GF buns. Not GF fries. They offer GF mashed potatoes, Broccoli, Coleslaw and Salad. The other GF entrees are a chicken dish and a salmon dish. This is a great place for burgers, but that’s about it. The manager brought out my food, which is always a plus. Would visit again, especially if I’m wanting a burger.

READ! Call, triple check, then call again! We did not actually eat here so my review is just based on experience with them not taste….. we tried to plan ahead to figure out dinner for a group of 12- 2 with celiacs…… called at 1 pm to ask if they have GF buns for cheese burgers, best time to come in for our large group, and ask if fry’s are GF…… they said 4pm is the slowest, fry’s are GF, and yes they have buns. Called again at 3pm after one of our children got sick to ask if they will do Togo orders I also double checked about buns and fry’s again…… finally called in our very large Togo order at 430 they told me it would be ready in 15 mins. We got there in about 10 mins, checked in, about 30 mins later I’m still waiting but I get a phone from them to inform me that they don’t offer GF buns anymore… I said okay fine just finish making the food without buns. But I double check for a 3rd time that the fry’s were definitely GF. The lady on the phone said no they are definitely not GF it says right on the box that they contain gluten and she apologized for the miss information. It was a s**t show!! Avoid them at all cost. Clearly no one is on the same page there considering I had called multiple times this should have never happened.

They have gluten free buns that are wonderful, but they did kindly inform me when I ordered that their fries were cross contaminated. While cross contamination does not bother me, I put it in here so others can know.

The outside bartender actually knew that being celiac means that I needed a gluten free bun. There’s an online allergy menu. And best yet… it’s been over 24 hours and I have no cross contamination symptoms
