Best restaurant in Michigan! Wow! I had the octopus, the scallops, the chicken, mushrooms, and baked Alaska. The octopus was ok, the scallops had this cashew paste that was oh so delicious. The skin in the chicken was so crispy and it came with handmade sausage and a carrot puree. The carrot purree had a blend of seasonings unlike anything I have ever tasted but so delicious. The baked Alaska was also do delightful. I have never said yumm so much!
