Forever Pho

Instead of asking staff for no gluten, I asked staff to check for wheat in the food. In my experience, a lot of places dont know what gluten is, so asking for no wheat usually works better. The gentleman who took me order was very sweet and double checked that there was no wheat (and thus no gluten). I had rice noodle spicy pho. Was very good :)

Only the pho can be gluten free. Rice dishes are not GF

The staff has a written gluten free menu that has the gf options. The list includes all pho, summer rolls with fish sauce, some vermicelli dishes without sauce. We have been going there close to a year and have never had issues.
