Went in for lunch. Lunch is mainly sandwiches and no GF buns but can order without, or order off dinner menu like I did.

Spoke with server and he said to let him know what I wanted and he'd go back and ask the chef. A lot of the dishes can be modified in some way with the except of the obvious fried chicken, biscuits etc. I had the tri tip salad and pork belly appetizer. Both were great and I felt comfortable eating there.

They do their best to minimize any cross contamination.
