I told the staff I had a “wheat allergy” and was ordering from the GF menu. I ordered a Cesar salad with chicken. When I opened my meal box there were croutons on top. I told the staff this meal is not GF and would need another meal without croutons. They took my meal and scraped off the croutons. I was so annoyed

Walked in, saw them touch bread and then stick their hands in the ingredients

My husband (celiac) and I ate here twice while on vacation. Overall it was good for the price and very delicious - everything GF was clearly marked and any salad or sandwich could be done on a GF wrap with lots of options. We notified them of his allergy and they did change out gloves and utensils but as I watched them prepping other sandwiches while I waited in line, I definitely saw some cross-contamination happening (scooping out veggies/cheese and touching the bread/wraps, then putting the scoop back in the bin). Thankfully my husband didn't have any reaction but I wouldn't call this place 100% safe!

Very friendly to gluten-free people. Almost everything they serve is gluten-free or can be made to be so. The salads are very good, although the GF bread is basically too crumbly to be eaten as a sandwich. They even have GF cookies (tasty ones at that), which I don't remember seeing much of anywhere else.

Place has soooo many gf options. Salad as wrap is the way to go for your dollar value. GF Wrap is good and stays together well. GF Chocolate chip cookie is delicious!

Most of menu is GF and marked. Delicious. Honestly one of the better meals I had on Maui, and it’s a very casual and inexpensive place. When I told them I had gluten allergy they marked my order and each person in the assembly line changed gloves before handling my food.

Ordered the Lemmon Thyme chicken sandwich in a gluten free wrap. All sandwiches can be made on gluten free bread or wrap. Also offers build your own salads/wraps. All salad dressings gluten free. They even have homemade gluten free cookies (I didn’t get one). Highly recommend.

Best salad shop you can go to in my opinion! I love to build my own and get the green goddess salad dressing. They also have gluten-free bread and cookies.
