The food and customer service was excellent. We go to Steamtown mall often and it's a quick walk from there. My 11 year old son loves it.

Having celiac makes it difficult when traveling, but I found this place and it was amazing! The food and service was excellent. The owner cane out to speak with me and was so friendly. I got the quinoa, cauliflower rice, Parmesan broccoli, and bbq chicken bowl with ginger sauce. It was out of this world. They have gluten free desserts too. It’s the first time I have seen gluten free candy cake. I would definitely recommend this place!

Everything on the menu is gluten free. It’s a create your own bowl restaurant with different veggies and meats. Everything is so fresh and tasty! I highly recommend the kickin’ ginger sauce! They also have gluten free desserts

I love all the gluten free options but I feel like need to rotate ingredients like the vegetables and maybe put different sauces on the meat. I do not like anything spicy so I wish they had regular grilled chicken or salmon. Also I wish they had different sauces. But overall I love the food and I’m happy there is a gluten free restaurant so close to the University of Scranton!

We ate at the fork and bowl for the first time today. The food was very good, and they give you plenty of it. I even had to take some home because I was full. The service was good, and we got our food quickly. I wanted to mention, if you get the steak or shrimp there is an up charge of $3.00 in addition to what is charged for the meal, which the server did not tell us. overall we were very pleased. We will definitely eat here again.

DELICIOUS! everything posted online menu is clearly marked GF. The bowl I ordered was awesome. They even have gluten free desserts! I got a great gluten free Tandy cake. Will definitely be back.
