my new favorite spot for celiac-safe pasta and italian food!!! omg i cannot say enough good things. the service is incredible, staff is so knowledgeable about celiac, the kitchen handles gf items very safely. they brought out (really good) gf bread with our appetizer. and they make their gf pasta HOMEMADE! it is some of the best gf pasta i’ve tried and it’s in a fun little shape. their vodka sauce tastes incredible. i can’t wait to go back!!!

Great service and delicious food! They were very knowledgeable about gluten free and asked if I get sick from cross contamination. The server ensured known of the food I ordered was cross contaminated. I got gf bread with olive oil, grilled octopus, Caesar salad, and the vodka pasta (I added sausage too).

Gluten free brunch (open on Sundays, Google is wrong). Chillaquiles and polenta are gluten free! They can make the bloody Mary pitchers/charcuterie with Tito's vodka

A waiter at Formento’s surprised me with gluten free bread and olive oil to enjoy with the rest of my table when the bread was brought out. Totally unexpected and so kind!

Great italian/gluten free dining experience. Offered gluten free bread. Most of their menu can accommodate. Staff knowledgeable on all food allergies including cross contamination.

Went here on a date and they were able to seat us immediately on a Saturday evening! They asked about allergies at the start of the meal and brought me GF bread separate from my partner who had her gluten filled bread. I felt good after and even ate leftovers the next day no problem!

This was some months ago but I called to confirm they had GF fried calamari, the day before my birthday. The lady on the phone said they did. I called the day of my birthday to place the order and, as we know to do when dealing with dietary restrictions, I double checked, I asked the man on the phone to confirm the fried calamari breading was gluten-free. He said it was not. I don’t know which of them was telling the truth for sure but I did not want to take that chance with my money and my stomach.

They do not have a dedicated fryer but do make an in-house GF fresh pasta.

Staff was very knowledgeable and modified some starters and sides for me. Try the carbonara, it’s AMAZING.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

The staff was amazing. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. No separate menu but they know what can be modified, which is a lot. Ate dinner there for restaurant week and will definitely go back. Props to the chef who not only made an excellent meal but was willing to alter anything.
