Forno Bistro

Gluten free pasta, gluten free entrees, appetizers and desserts. Staff was knowledgeable and service was great. My sister and I are both Celiac and we both had a great experience.

Barely anything on the menu I could eat. Had a salad and asked for a bit of chicken on top so I could get a whole meal.

Others in our party liked their dinners, but definitely not gluten-friendly, not celiac-aware. Only one appetizer was gf, and possibly one dinner item. The lack of options/gf-awareness in the menu makes you wonder if they avoid cross contamination in the kitchen.

There are VERY few gluten free items on the menu here; don't believe what you read online. They don't even have GF pasta! Good atmosphere and the staff are very nice, but that's no substitute for a good meal.

I could eat almost everything on the menu because of the gluten free pasta and their preparation methods. The waitress was very knowledgeable and helpful.
